MEAT & CHEESE
Our Meat & Cheese department is the best in town. All of our beef is sourced from Sweet Grass Co-op (a locally owned cooperative of ranchers from Northern NM and Southern CO) and is butchered on site. This arrangement helps area ranchers keep money in their communities, reduces our carbon footprint and provides a much higher-quality final product than what’s available on the commodity market. Providing local, healthy meat often means better pricing, more versatility and freshness in cuts.
Fresh seafood arrives twice weekly with deliveries from local partner Above Sea Level and Seattle Seafood. We're committed to sourcing only high-quality & sustainable seafood using the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program.
New:Wild Alaskan Halibut season is back.
Now carrying fresh never frozen Alaskan Halibut, also on occasion we will have fresh Alaskan Halibut Cheeks. Fresh Alaskan Salmon will be coming soon, end of May or early June.
